Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting a quotation, or purchasing services from Yiwu Jintu International Trade Co., Ltd. (“Jintu Sourcing”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Specific quotations, invoices, purchase agreements, inspection standards, and shipping terms may contain additional conditions.

2. Sourcing Services

We may assist with supplier searches, quotations, negotiations, sample coordination, purchasing, inspections, consolidation, packing, export documentation, and shipping. Service scope, fees, timelines, minimum quantities, and deliverables are confirmed separately for each project.

3. Quotations and Product Information

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are estimates and may change because of supplier pricing, specifications, quantities, exchange rates, packaging, taxes, shipping charges, customs requirements, or market conditions. Product images and samples should be reviewed carefully before approval.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate specifications, quantities, labeling requirements, destination details, compliance requirements, and timely approvals. You are also responsible for confirming whether products may lawfully be imported, marketed, or sold in the destination country.

5. Payment Terms

For standard orders, a 30% deposit is required before purchasing or production begins. The remaining 70% is due when the goods arrive at our warehouse in China and before consolidation and international shipment. Small-value orders require full payment in advance. Specific payment terms are confirmed in writing before the order is placed.

Supplier payments, custom production, samples, freight bookings, inspection work, and other committed third-party costs may be non-refundable. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage of the order and the applicable supplier or service-provider terms.

6. Inspection

Inspection is performed according to the checklist, method and scope agreed with the customer. Depending on the product and order, inspection may be conducted by sampling or on a piece-by-piece basis. Inspection helps reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every unit will be free from defects.

Normal manufacturing tolerances and minor variations may occur. Inspection results do not replace the customer’s responsibility to confirm product compliance in the destination country.

7. Timing, Shipping, Customs and Delays

Production, delivery, consolidation and shipping timelines are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Actual timing may be affected by supplier delivery, product availability, order quantity, inspection, packing, carrier schedules, customs and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Import duties, taxes, licenses, inspections, and destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in writing.

8. Product Restrictions and Intellectual Property

We do not source or handle illegal, restricted, counterfeit or intellectual-property-infringing products. The customer is responsible for confirming product compliance and import requirements in the destination country.

You must have the right to use any trademarks, designs, packaging, images, patents, copyrighted content, or other materials supplied for production. We may refuse projects that appear unlawful or infringing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to a specific service is limited to the service fees paid to us for that service, excluding supplier payments, freight, duties, taxes, and other third-party charges. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
